NTSA Names 2021 Elite Advisors

ARLINGTON, VA – The National Tax-Deferred Savings Association, part of the American Retirement Association (ARA), is proud to announce its 2021 NTSA Elite Advisors.

The NTSA 2021 Elite Advisors are:

  • Michael Goldberg, The Equitable - Boca Raton, FL
  • Shane Michael Robinson, Robinson and Associates, Lincoln Investment - Greenville, NC
  • Lisa M. Tursi, AIF, CRES, Lincoln Investment - Sudbury, MA

Established in 2014, NTSA’s Elite Advisor Awards recognize and honor the ‘best of the best’ in the retirement industry - financial advisors with innovative, unique, profound and successful best practices for advocacy, leadership, practice management and legacy within the 403(b), 457(b) and ERISA non-profit retirement industry. They directly impact the ability for Americans to build a successful retirement, especially through employer-based retirement plans.

The Nomination, Application and Award processes are rigorous and anonymous. The dedicated Award Judging Committee (AJC) reviews fully redacted files as they collaborate on their unanimous decisions. Michael Pollakowski, GWN, chairs the AJC; Elite Advisors form the AJC with Kent Schutte, EFS, as Vice Chair, together with Jody Detillier, Lincoln Investment, Wat Keyes, CapTrust, Randal Lupi, Equitable, and Robert Young, PlanMember.

“NTSA acknowledges the specific outstanding, unique accomplishments and/or contributions made by these Financial Advisors,” noted Kris Coffey, Senior Advisor, NTSA 2021 Elite Advisor Award Judging Committee.  “The NTSA Elite Advisor Awards program proclaims to the retirement industry, to the federal, state and local legislatures, and to the public that NTSA and its Advisors are critical to this marketplace”.

"NTSA Elite Advisors are experienced, community-involved individuals who have committed their careers to improving the retirement security for American workers. We're proud to be affiliated with these three financial professionals,” said Mark Luckinbill, Executive Director of NTSA.

The newly named Elite Advisors now join the prestigious Elite Advisor Council, making 39 honored members since the Award’s inception in 2014. They will also be honored at the NTSA 2021 Awards Luncheon at the NTSA 403(b) Summit on Monday, June 28, 2021.  More information about the NTSA Elite Advisor Award is available at https://www.ntsa-net.org/industry-intel/elite-advisor-award.
