Nation’s Leading Retirement Resource Enters New Chapter

ARLINGTON, VA — The American Retirement Association (ARA) and Sal Tripodi of TRI Pension Services are pleased to announce an agreement to transfer the rights to The ERISA Outline Book (EOB) to the ARA. This will ensure the continuance of the publication beyond Mr. Tripodi’s retirement.

To ensure a smooth transition, Mr. Tripodi will, for a period of time, continue to be involved in the authoring of the EOB and will assist in the transition to new authorship under the umbrella of the American Retirement Association. This phased transition will also ensure a consistent style and quality for the nation’s leading retirement plan resource, relied upon by hundreds of the retirement industry’s retirement plan professionals every day.

Updated on a regular basis to reflect the latest regulatory and legislative developments, the online edition of The ERISA Outline Book is a fully searchable and cross-referenced website that allows users to easily navigate the information, perform quick and advanced searches, take notes and bookmark content, copy, paste, and print easily, and even send content links to subscriber colleagues.

The ERISA Outline Book has been published & distributed by the American Retirement Association when it was known as the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) since 1997.
