NAPA Welcomes DeNoyior as President

SAN DIEGO, CA — At the nation’s largest retirement plan advisor event, Joseph F. DeNoyior, CRPS, AIF, C(k)P, was named president of the National Association of Plan Advisors.

At the opening session of the 2015 NAPA 401(k) Summit March 22, Steven Dimitriou, NAPA’s 2014 president, passed the gavel to DeNoyior, who will serve as president for 2015-2016.

DeNoyior is the Managing Partner at Washington Financial Group (WFG) and the Partner in Charge of WFG’s retirement plan group, which services over 150 qualified plans.

Joe is a Founding Lecturer at The Retirement Advisor University (TRAU) at UCLA and a member of the elite LPL affiliated Global Retirement Partners.. He was also named among the “40 Most Influential Advisors in Defined Contribution” by 401kWire and the 401kExchange in 2011 as well as one of PLANADVISER’s 2012, 2013 and 2014 “Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisers.”  As NAPA President, he also serves as a Senatorial Member on the board of the American Retirement Association.

The National Association of Plan Advisors was created by and for retirement plan advisors. Membership is also open to other retirement industry professionals who support the interests of plan advisors. NAPA is the only advocacy group exclusively focused on the issues that matter to retirement plan advisors.  NAPA is part of the American Retirement Association.  Based in the Washington, D.C. area, the American Retirement Association is a non-profit professional organization with two major goals: to educate all retirement plan and benefits professionals, and to create a framework of policy that gives every working American the ability to have a comfortable retirement.
